I built my early product foundation through customer journey and digital innovation roles at companies including Sling TV and Discover Financial. Those years taught me how to connect product strategy to customer behavior and how to use experimentation as a core operating muscle.

At Microsoft, I led product growth initiatives tied to major consumer experiences, including Edge and Copilot-related surfaces. Working at scale sharpened my discipline around connecting product bets to adoption, retention, and long-term platform value.

I later brought that experience into smaller, faster-moving environments where execution speed matters just as much as strategy. Across company sizes, my style has stayed consistent: find signal quickly, align teams, and ship.

Today, I'm building voice AI at Podium while advising product organizations on AI execution. I've helped multiple companies implement robust AI SDLC workflows from discovery through shipping, giving PM, design, and engineering teams a repeatable way to deliver AI products with confidence.
